One of my favourite Glam looks for spring February 22, 2016 17:53

So i haven't blogged since halloween, and i can't actually believe it has been that long, but now i am making this a weekly thing!

I'm going to begin my regular blogs with a general piece about one of my favourite glam looks for Spring/Summer 2016.

I don't believe summer makeup should be minimal at all! Girl if you want to smoke those eyes then go for it!

However, there are a few little tricks you can use to take that winter glam to a more suitable summer look without looking too natural (bare).

Firstly i'll show you a look i have seen today on the beauty that is Khloe Kardashian.

As we all know, the Kardashian girls love a smokey eye and heavy contour. However, this look is definitely one of my favourites for spring. Teaming smokey eyes with a bright lip is one of the perfect ways to add some colour to your spring look, a transitional makeup look like this is perfect with an effortless sleek hairstyle to not look too overdone.

Alongside the Bright lips, Khloes glam team have given her a really dewey strobed skin to add a fresh youthful look and again to make this smokey look perfect for a summer night out!

Here are a couple of my favourite products to get the look on a splurge and on a budget:

  • Sleek Lip VIP Lipstick in colour "Flaunt it"

          £5.50 www.sleekmakeup.com

  • Tom Ford Lip color - corals to oranges

          £27 Selfridges

And for the strobing:

  • Makeup Revolution Ultra strobe cream

         £8 http://www.makeuprevolutionstore.com/

  • MAC cosmetics strobe cream

         £24.50 www.maccosmetics.co.uk

Thats all for todays blog!
Happy Strobing

Halloween fun! 1.11.2015 November 2, 2015 18:11

Hi everyone!

So at the weekend it was one of my favourite times of the year for makeup fun! Halloween!!!

Last year i did the Creepy dead zombie look and also a sexier Jigsaw look, here are the pics..

this year i really wanted to up my game so decided on a really creepy clown!! Heres a selfie!

To do the clown face i firstly added a bald cap, hid the join with Face paint. and glued on some cuttings from a clown wig

I used 'Mehron' modelling wax to conceal my brows and add some 3D shape to them.

To create the 'ripped off nose' i also used the Mehron modelling wax indented in the centre and filled with fake scab blood, this is much better and more realistic than the regular vampire blood, and really does create some amazing cuts and general scabbiness!

The look was actually a lot easier than last year as i used mostly Snazaroo face paints and the items listed above.

To create the mouth i used some torn tissue paper and liquid latex to create the 3D edges and the teeth were painted on with facepaint.

Wednesday 8th July, Eyes for £7.99 July 8, 2015 13:13

Hi,

Welcome to my new blog! Here i will be showing you all my makeup tricks, along with any cool products i come across, and of course sharing with you the links to my tutorials on my Fierce Face youtube.

So i decided to test out some high street affordable eyeshadows. The set i chose were the 'Sleek Makeup' 'Oh so special' shadows that come in a pallette form.

This is what they look like...

i absoltely love how this pallette combines a mixture of both matte shadows and also nice metallic shimmer shadows and they are super pigmented!  I sucessfully created an easy smokey eye using just this and my Fierce Face brushes, it just goes to show you dont have to spend a fortune on eyeshadows if you the right tools!!
